Benefits of Stopping Smoking
• Reduce risks of heart and circulation problems. Circulation improves 20 minutes after giving up. After 5 years the risk of having a heart attack falls to half that of a smoker, and after 10 years the risk is the same as someone who has never smoked
• Improve breathing and have more energy to enjoy a more active lifestyle
• Reduce risks of lung cancer and other smoking related illnesses
• Have more money to enjoy treats for yourself or your family
